The air conditioning in our room was not very effective, making it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. the noise from the street outside could be heard in our room, which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep.

We recently celebrated my mother's 80th birthday at DLF Club, and it was an lovely experience. The team at the club was amazing, always courteous and accommodating. Chef Vinay personally went through every detail of the menu, creating a culinary masterpiece. The food was delicious, served hot and fresh. The manager, Mr , was professional and attentive to detail. I had a great stay in this hotel. The room was big and comfortable with all the necessary facilities available. The staff was helpful and one of them named Gaurav Sharma provided excellent customer service. Also, the hotel had good security measures in place.

The hotel offered great facilities for entertainment, including a well-equipped gym and a swimming pool for relaxation. Its location in the heart of the city made it easy to access popular tourist spots and shopping centers. I enjoyed the beautiful lawns that provided an ideal venue for celebrations.

While the hotel had great amenities, the staff lacked professionalism. They appeared untrained and did not offer the expected level of hospitality.
